INSPIRATION: YELLOW FEVER
Going on the brights trail, we are a fan of a splash of colour to brighten up our week! 2012 has been a big year for yellows as a few high end fashion houses have featured it - Hello! Big yellow fur coat! Some people might find bright yellow a bit intimidating so we’ve picked two subdued yellow items for you! Butternut (almost pastel), our two yellow items are the colour of my favourite banana icecream I used to eat while watching Captain Planet! One item, a parka/anorak, whose hood can save you from any rainy day! The other item, a poncho knit, full of fringing for extra vamp! If you’ve never considered wearing a poncho before, it’s like the warmer bigger sister to a cape! No button ups, no fuss, no worrying whether the item will fall off your shoulders with a gust of wind - NO SIR-Y! Both items will keep you super warm and ready to face any winter day!
