The Lover residency at Alice Euphemia is this Thursday! Though I don’t know if I’ll have time to go because of stupid assignments :( Anyway I was reading an interview they did for Russh ages ago (I can’t believe this slipped past me, given how obsessed I am with Susien & Nic I don’t know how that happened!) and the story of their first date/how they met is so cute:
Russh: So you met and you knew it was meant to be from the beginning?
Susien: Ummmmmmmmmmmmm…
Nic: Uh! Oh!
Susien: Yeah I did, I did… because… can I tell the hand thing? Halfway through the date I said to Nic when we were sitting on the verandah eating our tuna nicoise salads, ‘what’s that on your hand?’ and he was like ‘nothing’ and I was like ‘no, seriously, what’s on your hand?’ and he had written in blue biro on the palm of his hand: Be Calm, Be Yourself.
