Measurements

Our measurements are taken flat which means you may need to double up to find the true measurements. The best way to determine if one of our item fits is to measure one of your items and do a comparison with the measurements given. Assuming you know how to measure the waist and lengths of bottoms, we've included a diagram of how we measure our tops.

Pick Ups

Honest Folk may be based in Melbourne, but we do not allow any pickups under any circumstances. Since Honest Folk is a side project and not our full-time job, we do not have the means to conduct meet ups and pick ups. Consequently, we try to make shipping as cheap as possible - giving you the minimum prices for shipping and handling.

Shipping & Handling

We offer two shipping options at checkout - regular and express postage. Regular postage will be chosen at default - both will have a tracking code to find where your parcel is.

Most shirts, skirts, tops and pants will fit into a 500 g satchel.

Knits, jackets/coats and shoes will require a 3kg satchel due to their size/weight.

Combined postage depends on the items that need to be shipped. Two knits, jackets/coats or shoes will require a 5kg satchel. The most anyone will pay for postage will be $15 for regular postage or $22 for express postage.

As we are a small emerging business we cannot afford to discount any shipping at this moment.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not allow returns or exchanges for change of mind. We aim to describe items as carefully as possible, but due to the nature of these items (being preowned, vintage etc) there may be imperfections we may have missed. Please contact us first if you have any issues!
